The Advert Platform - 'My Advertising Pays' Scam Have Changed Names!

As of today, My Advertising Pays is to be known as The Advert Platform. 
The whole website has changed.

MAP to TAP!

But if they think a name change will get them out of trouble, they've another think coming!

The Securities and Exchange Commission aren't daft. And surprisingly enough, we'll certainly let them know.

The reason for the name change is obvious. MAP/TAP want to enter the Asian market and don't want any of them googling 'My Advertising Pays' - way too many scam warnings!

But don't you worry Mike, the name may have changed, but the scam certainly hasn't.

We're still right behind you!







Oops..somebody jumped the gun! Simon says TAP is launching on Jan 3rd 2017!
So the new webpage went up, but now its down!...Tony is probably trying to find some bigger pipes!

Amin Forati - The Latest Newspaper Story

This is the latest Newspaper Article from the Swiss Newspaper Le Matin Dimanche about Amin Forati -Traffic Monsoons ex-CFO. 




The "investor" of S3 has disappeared from circulation

Bankruptcy Stolen abroad, Amin F. provided the guarantee in March to save the company. How was this paper validated?
On the door of his apartment Dubai, located in a luxurious residential complex overlooking a marina, an official document claims to Amin F. a year rent - from October 2015 to October 2016 - failing which he will be expelled. The Iranian who provided this spring a bank guarantee of $ 30 million to the S3 company (Swiss Space Systems), whose bankruptcy was pronounced on December 14, is sought abroad by several persons and entities claiming accounts. But he no longer shows himself.

In addition to a Milan businessman who sues him for fraud (Le Matin Dimanche du 9 octobre), at least one other person, based in Dubai, accuses him of having cheated him of a large sum. According to the lawyers of Luanda and Dubai of the former, criminal proceedings are under way in the Emirates. In both cases, the scenario is the same: from a friendly point of view, Amin F., pretending to be a Maltese ambassador, puts forth well-supplied bank accounts to convince people to entrust him with large sums. His credo, according to these two sources: never invest his own money, but use that of others to generate more.

Pascal Jaussi (founder and CEO of Swiss Space Systems, ed) started talking about Amin F. in the spring of 2015, when we were no longer paid, testifies a former collaborator of S3. He made us listen to recorded phone conversations, where this investor assured us that everything was going to get back to normal. Pascal Jaussi explained that we had to wait, because the money of this gentleman was under embargo because of his Iranian origins. He did everything to confuse us. "

In front of the district court of La Broye and the Waldensian north, on December 6, the two representatives of company S3, without documents to support their statements, obviously failed to convince the judge that the 30 million promised by Amin F. could clean up the holding company, indebted to the tune of more than 6 million francs. According to Pascal Jaussi, who announced that he wanted to appeal the bankruptcy decision, the papers in question could not be shown in court for reasons of confidentiality. The professional pilot was found injured and burned near his car on 26 August 2016 in the woods of Aumont (FR). This event had turned the spotlight on his company, which had the vocation of specializing in the launch of microsatellites and space tourism. The investigation is still ongoing.

Since this spring, the company has increased its liabilities by relying on the bank guarantee provided by Amin F. and established with the obscure Axios Credit Bank of Singapore. A wobbly configuration that should have put the chip at the ears of those responsible for validating this document. The Emirates company D & B of Amin F., whose name appears on the guarantee, would not have the necessary authorization to carry out such operations.

The person responsible for the Vaud trade register, Yann Decnaeck, reminds the members of the board of directors of the responsibility to provide documents containing exact indications. An audit by the Fiduservice Trustee on 30 March also confirmed the accuracy of the S3 capital increase report. Contacted, the fiduciary relies on professional secrecy.

Lots has been written about Amin and his relationship with S3, D&B and Traffic Monsoon.
This is the story so far and what we believe has happened.

In the Spring of 2015, Pascal Jaussi (founder of S3) started mentioning Amin publicly.
In 2015/2016 at least two men were persuaded to hand over hundreds of thousands of dollars to Amin for investment.
 Amin told these gentlemen that he was Ambassodor to Malta - which he wasn't - and that he had accounts with millions of dollars in them which they could see - which one of them did. 
(Both of these gentleman have ongoing criminal cases in the Emirates against Amin for Fraud).

Amin Forati was employed by Charles Scoville in January 2016 to be Traffic Monsoons Chief Financial Officer.
It's a presumption then, that as CFO, Amin would have had access to the Bank Accounts of Traffic Monsoon. 

In March 2016, Amin took out a $30 million Bank Loan with Axios Credit Bank of Singapore and he acted as Guarantor.
All of this money supposedly went to Swiss Space Systems who in return, signed over a substantial amount of shares in S3 to Amin.
Amin could not have taken out a loan for such a massive amount of money and act as Guarantor, without already having substantial sums of money in his account.
At least $17 million was in Amins personal PayPal account. So where did all this money come from? Did Amin use Traffic Monsoon money just to  prove he had funds available for such a large Bank Loan? 
Charles has always maintained that PayPal had frozen all of Traffic Monsoons money but how can that be? Charles had at least $4 million available - Amin said himself that it had been transferred into  a Payza account. 
And again, it is inconceivable that Charles would put all of his money inside PayPal when he was so vocal about his Chase Bank Account.

In December 2016, S3 was made bankrupt owing $6 million. So what happened to the $30 million that Amin pumped into S3? The Judge asked Pascal  for the Financial records attaining to this, but he has refused, citing confidentiality.

So what happened to all the money? And how much did Charles have to pay Amin to release him from Traffic Monsoon?
Unfortunately, the only person (other than Charles) who can answer these questions has disappeared. 
Lets hope he can be found soon.

My Advertising Pays was registered in February 2005.

VX Gateway was registered in August 2007

My Advertising Pays Version1 was launched on September 13th 2013.
They withdrew from America and closed Version1 early 2016. 
My Advertising Pays launched Version 2 on April 5th 2016. 
Profit share/withdrawals were suspended in August/September 2016. 
My Advertising Pays launched a lawsuit against VX Gateway on Dec 6th 2016 claiming they stole $60 million.
 My Advertising Pays will soon close down.
 It will be replaced with 'The Advert Platform' on January 4th 2017. 
Mike says that VX Gateway will repay all of affiliates money. 
VX Gateway have put themselves into Voluntary Liquidation and have (apparently) large debts. 
So how VX Gateway will refund the $60 million of 'stolen money' remains to be seen.

On December 1st 2016, My Advertising Pays started Court proceedings against VX Gateway alleging the theft of $60 million.

Timeline According to The Court Documents:

 February 2016 - MAP withdrew from the US market.

 February (15th) 2016 - MAPS say members had difficulty withdrawing from VX Gateway. 

April 5th 2016 - MAP V2 was launched.

April 13th 2016 - Tony Booth told Celia Dunlop that they had no funds to pay MAP monthly expenses.

 May 6th 2016 - VX withdrew $4 million from MAPS VX Loop account.

 May 13th - 2016 VX repaid $600,000 back to MAP. June 8th - My Advertising Pays looks for another payment processor. 

August 4th - Mike tells Celia that she is improperly holding USD funds and had not remitted funds totalling e16,500,000 since April 2016. 

August 31st - Tony Booth emailed Celia again to ask where the USD funds were. On 

September 7th 2016, MAP counsel asked VX Gateway why the funds had been withheld. 

September 20th - MAP find a discrepancy in sales between GPN data and VX Gateway totalling almost E57,000,000.

December 1st 2016 - A lawsuit is filed.

The Advert Platform/My Advertising Pays/VX Gateway

VX Gateway have issued an update on the legal case between itself and My Advertising Pays.
They say that it's GPN Data that are holding all the money owed by them to MAP.
And that when GPN return that money, MAPS members can be paid.

Unanswered Questions:
Why aren't VX Gateway taking GPN data to court?
And if GPN Data have been accused of 'stealing' all of MAPS money, then why is Mike using them to process payments for TAP?
And remember the Leaders meeting in January 2016, where Mike said on camera that most of the money has been moved out of VX Gateway?
 Where did he move it to?
And if VX Gateway have gone into voluntary Liquidation, and only MAPS is taking them to court, what about all of VX Gateways OTHER clients?

The facts appear to be, that VX has NO other clients.
Which means that VX is there solely to service My Advertising Pays.
 Which by definition is a 'partnership'.

DISPUTE WITH (“MAP”)


VX Gateway Inc. in dissolution (hereinafter referred to as “VX Gateway” or “company”) is required by applicable law to gather and collect funds due to it and to defend and protect the company’s assets for the benefit of creditors. The dissolution proceedings were filed by the company on 23 September 2016, as a direct result of unusual transactional behavior by (“MAP”) which caused all of the processors to withhold payments to VX. The filing of the dissolution was voluntary and pre-dates all other known claims or actions. A lawsuit, which the trustees believe to be a false claim and totally without merit has been filed by MAP against the company in the US District Court in Houston, Texas. MAP was seeking a temporary restraining order against the company, which was denied by the US District Court, and a hearing is set in March for the purpose of determining whether the Court has jurisdiction over the matter.


VX Gateway’s legal position is that under its contract with MAP, jurisdiction and venue is Panama and both parties agreed to resolve any dispute in Panama using International Arbitration. Litigating a lawsuit in the United States would, in the opinion of the trustees and the attorneys here in Panama, likely unnecessarily dissipate a substantial amount of money otherwise due claimants in the dissolution. Those claimants include VX Gateway customers, vendors, landlords, utilities, as well as MAP if in fact it is owed any money at all, and others.


There are numerous blogs online that have been reporting misinformation about the litigation and the claim. While many of the postings are MAP members understandably concerned about monies they have not received, it seems likely that much of the misinformation may actually be professional and amateur publicists speaking for the benefit of MAP and its baseless lawsuit.


The purpose of this posting is to address some of the statements and do so in an objective manner if possible.


First, MAP and VX Gateway are two separate and unrelated companies. There is no common ownership. The lawsuit in Houston is specious; it has no basis in fact. The amount claimed as “missing” is made up and not supported by the books and records.


Second, a forensic audit will disclose what if any monies are owed, and by whom. VX Gateway welcomes such audit. All credit card transactions are preserved in the records of Visa and MasterCard; nothing can be hidden in an audit.


Third, many of the blogs describe MAP as a “Ponzi scheme”. VX Gateway investigated the business carefully before accepting its processing and MAP did not, as then doing business, appear to be a Ponzi. Moreover, VX Gateway required, received, and relied upon a formal Legal Opinion Letter from MAP’s attorney, Jonathan Herpy, of the law firm of Hart & David, LLP attesting to the legality of the MAP’s business.


The business concept of MAP appears to be an “advertising arbitrage”, a way of exposing an advertiser’s media to more viewers. Many see it as an extremely creative concept that apparently worked well for a while at least with regard to attracting a large following.


Following the publicity attendant to the lawsuit we have heard from several observers that whether or not the business scheme truly benefits the advertisers seems questionable because the additional exposure sought by advertisers are in reality “hollow clicks”, that is people looking at the ads because they are paid to do so, not because they have actual interest in the product or service. One would think that over time fewer and fewer advertisers would utilize such a service. We have quite recently been told that there is also the issue of whether the MAP members have a viable long term device for creating income after expenses or if the payout scheme of MAP is weighted in such a manner that the business must eventually fail. Those concerns, however, are matters between MAP and its members.


As a payment gateway VX Gateway provided a service of presenting credit card charges to one or more processors (different processors are often needed to handle transactions in different currencies or countries), after which each payment must be settled and when approved money credited/paid by the processor to the payment gateway. Those funds do not belong to the payment gateway except for its processing fees. After receipt of such funds from the processor the net amounts due are remitted or credited to the merchant, here MAP. The sheer volume of transactions requires software that virtually automates the entire payment process from start to finish. Every payee’s account is paid/credited automatically.


Critical to understanding the process, by contract and industry practice, the payment gateway, VX Gateway, has no debt and owes nothing to the merchant until it receives the payment from the processor, here GPN Data (hereinafter referred to as “GPN”). GPN has withheld payments due VX Gateway. As part of the dissolution process VX Gateway is, as stated above, pursuing an audit. When and if GPN eventually pays its lawful obligations such funds should be received in the dissolution. At such time, and only at such time, money payable to any party will be credited to the account of and become payable to any party due money from the respective transactions. In other words, at such time money owed to MAP, if any, will be paid.


We find it interesting that GPN, the party that owes the money but has thus far refused to pay, is now doing business directly with MAP which is claiming the money. If they can work together to take money from MAP’s members, cannot GPN pay VX Gateway the money VX Gateway is owed in order that we may pass through that part that will then be owed to MAP? From whatever amount it is then owed and paid MAP could then pay its members some or all of what it has withheld from them.


Make no mistake, any money that may become payable by VX Gateway to MAP, if any, is a part of the money GPN has withheld from paying to VX Gateway. We reiterate, by contract and industry practice no debt is incurred by VX Gateway until it is paid by the processor, here GPN Data.
It should be noted that Mike Deese signed a personal guarantee to make good any monies owed to VX Gateway when he applied for VX Gateway services.
VX Gateway’s position is that the actual amount in controversy in any legal proceeding in Panama can easily be determined by third party audit. Once done VX Gateway intends to be bound by the audit.
There would appear to be no good faith reason for MAP to oppose such a determination. At the instruction of Jonathan Herpy of Hart & David law firm, a total of USD 8 million, consisting of two (2) payments of USD 4 million each was paid to the law firm’s escrow account. Bearing in mind that VX Gateway itself will owe nothing until it is paid by GPN, one might ask first, as to money previously paid to MAP, where has the money gone?


Only Mike Deese and MAP’s attorney Jonathan Herpy and the Hart & David law firm can provide that answer. Second, as to such monies and monies as yet not received by VX Gateway from GPN, is there some collusion between MAP and GPN? We express no opinion on that issue.


Counsel in Panama has speculated that the lawsuit improperly filed in the US is likely a sham intended instead to draw attention away from MAP and its principals. If that is correct, one must wonder what are they trying to hide? Again, we express no opinion.


Legal counsel has advised that VX Gateway and others may pursue legal action against MAP and GPN and their respective spokesmen individually for slanderous and disparaging statements made by them claiming that monies have been stolen by VX Gateway or related parties. In fact, such actions may follow but the focus of VX Gateway is presently upon collecting monies as yet unpaid by GPN in order that it may be paid to the rightful recipients.


Many people apparently have claims against MAP; not all of those people have claims against VX Gateway. Those that may have a legitimate claim in the VX Gateway dissolution are encouraged to file a proper claim in the dissolution at the earliest possible time in strict accordance with procedure set forth on this website. Please note: Claims that are not submitted with the required Enhanced Know Your Customer documentation will be rejected and must be resubmitted.

The Advert Platform - Same SCAM Company as My Advertising Pays

The Advert Platform:
The Ad Packs are cheaper, but the same model applies. Every pack makes a loss.
And to get your 'revenue share' you have to spam as many social networks as you can.
So be prepared to have your Facebook accounts terminated.
These are a few of Facebook's rules:

'You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Facebook.

You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Facebook.

You will not use your personal timeline primarily for your own commercial gain, and will use a Facebook Page for such purposes.'

Is losing your Facebook etc account worth it? 

And this is the definition of Revenue Share from Wikipedia:

Note : 'it will never pay more for content than it generates in advertising revenue.' 

You are not a 'partner' or an 'employee', you are being charged for a 'service' that ultimately  you get a refund from and a little bonus on top. So once again, this 'business model' is not sustainable and will close - just like the previous two versions have done.

According to the recent court documents and video evidence from Mike himself:

Affiliates gave money to My Advertising Pays (MAP).
MAP gave money to VX GATEWAY (and moved millions out of the country).
VX Gateway moved money to GPN Data and opened numerous other bank accounts all around the world.
VX Gateway took $8 million from MAP and only return half a million of it.
VX Gateway give ($60 million) to GPN Data - who they claim refuse to repay any of it.
My Advertising Pays closes.
The Advert Platform opens - and uses GPN Data as it's sole payment processor.

Interesting development in the Swiss Space Systems (S3) story.

The owner has been accused of arranging his own assault:

As background: S3 is the company that Amin Foratti gave a Bank Loan guarantee of miilions of dollars to, when he was CFO of Traffic Monsoon. Amin has since disappeared and has various Fraud charges now being investigated against him.

TRUSTEE UPDATE 1 FEB 2017


DISPUTE WITH myadvertisingpays.com (“MAP”)

VX Gateway Inc. in dissolution (hereinafter referred to as “VX Gateway” or “company”) has contended since the lawsuit was first filed by myadvertisingpays.com (“MAP”) that it is a specious claim, that is to say, it is a made-up fantasy. VX Gateway does not know the reason underlying the filing or perpetuation of the false claim.

There has been speculation that perhaps MAP has something to hide and is using the lawsuit to “buy time”. Questions were raised as to the need to mask internal financial problems during the launch of The Advert Platform (“TAP”). Questions were also raised about Mike Deese overpaying himself and about the reported transfer of eight million dollars to an offshore bank account facilitated by MAP’s attorney Jonathan Herpy of the Hart David law firm.

There has also been speculation that there is some active collusion between MAP and GPN Data. GPN Data is the party that has withheld payment, MAP is the party claiming payment. How is it that they are working together and the issue remains unresolved?

We express no opinion on those issues.

The amount being withheld by GPN Data is in the order of USD 14 million, as detailed in the Executive Summary by Trustees now on public record in case No. 4:16-CV-0354 in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas Houston Division.

All other funds due to MAP from monies actually received from GPN Data have been paid to MAP in the normal course of business. The $14 million dollars is not a debt of VX Gateway; as a service provider and by the terms of its contract with MAP, VX Gateway owes nothing to the merchant, here MAP, unless and until it receives payment from the processor, GPN Data. When and if received from GPN Data all amounts payable to MAP from the dissolution will be paid.

There is not and never has been $60 million dollars missing or unpaid. Why MAP is making such a false claim is unknown. Perhaps this is the amount that MAP owes its customers? We express no opinion on this issue.

VX Gateway is a payment gateway service provider, and is paid only for its services. It has nothing else to gain or lose except its fees. Once money is received by VX Gateway from the processors it is paid out via automated software, net of VX Gateway’s fees, to the merchant, here MAP.

Accordingly, since the lawsuit was first filed, VX Gateway has suggested that an audit be done and that the records of Visa and MasterCard be obtained. SEE Trustee Update of 2 January 2017 (below).

In an effort to set the facts straight, VX Gateway offered, in an in person meeting with MAP attorney Matthew Vogler in Panama on 21 January 2017 and in follow-up correspondence, to equally share the cost of having an audit of all transactions done by a neutral third party such as one of the Big 4 accounting firms.

Nothing can be hidden in such an audit. The truth will come out. Every dollar will be traced from MAP through the gateway to the processor where then paid out or withheld and every dollar paid by the processor traced back through the gateway to MAP or related parties. The audit will tell us all exactly how much money is really involved and who received or is holding the money.

Refusal to agree to such an audit might suggest that MAP or a related party does indeed have something to hide. Again, we express no opinion.

To date MAP has failed to reply to this offer. To date MAP continues to work with GPN Data. Draw your own conclusion.

Because MAP has failed to cooperate in getting the audit as described, VX Gateway has received advice from its legal counsel that it may pursue the audit and charge the entire cost to MAP as an offset to any monies that may in the future be received from the processors.

Regardless of MAP’s failure to cooperate, VX Gateway will proceed in getting the audit done as described. Once done VX Gateway intends to be bound by the audit.

Many people apparently have claims against MAP; not all of those people have claims against VX Gateway. Only people who have a balance in their VX Gateway account are eligible creditors of VX Gateway and are encouraged to file a proper claim in the dissolution before 21 February 2017.

DISPUTE WITH myadvertisingpays.com (“MAP”)

VX Gateway Inc. in dissolution (hereinafter referred to as “VX Gateway” or “company”) is required by applicable law to gather and collect funds due to it and to defend and protect the company’s assets for the benefit of creditors. The dissolution proceedings were filed by the company on 23 September 2016, as a direct result of unusual transactional behavior by myadvertisingpays.com (“MAP”) which caused all of the processors to withhold payments to VX. The filing of the dissolution was voluntary and pre-dates all other known claims or actions. A lawsuit, which the trustees believe to be a false claim and totally without merit has been filed by MAP against the company in the US District Court in Houston, Texas. MAP was seeking a temporary restraining order against the company, which was denied by the US District Court, and a hearing is set in March for the purpose of determining whether the Court has jurisdiction over the matter.


VX Gateway’s legal position is that under its contract with MAP, jurisdiction and venue is Panama and both parties agreed to resolve any dispute in Panama using International Arbitration. Litigating a lawsuit in the United States would, in the opinion of the trustees and the attorneys here in Panama, likely unnecessarily dissipate a substantial amount of money otherwise due claimants in the dissolution. Those claimants include VX Gateway customers, vendors, landlords, utilities, as well as MAP if in fact it is owed any money at all, and others.


There are numerous blogs online that have been reporting misinformation about the litigation and the claim. While many of the postings are MAP members understandably concerned about monies they have not received, it seems likely that much of the misinformation may actually be professional and amateur publicists speaking for the benefit of MAP and its baseless lawsuit.


The purpose of this posting is to address some of the statements and do so in an objective manner if possible.


First, MAP and VX Gateway are two separate and unrelated companies. There is no common ownership. The lawsuit in Houston is specious; it has no basis in fact. The amount claimed as “missing” is made up and not supported by the books and records.


Second, a forensic audit will disclose what if any monies are owed, and by whom. VX Gateway welcomes such audit. All credit card transactions are preserved in the records of Visa and MasterCard; nothing can be hidden in an audit.


Third, many of the blogs describe MAP as a “Ponzi scheme”. VX Gateway investigated the business carefully before accepting its processing and MAP did not, as then doing business, appear to be a Ponzi. Moreover, VX Gateway required, received, and relied upon a formal Legal Opinion Letter from MAP’s attorney, Jonathan Herpy, of the law firm of Hart & David, LLP attesting to the legality of the MAP’s business.


The business concept of MAP appears to be an “advertising arbitrage”, a way of exposing an advertiser’s media to more viewers. Many see it as an extremely creative concept that apparently worked well for a while at least with regard to attracting a large following.


Following the publicity attendant to the lawsuit we have heard from several observers that whether or not the business scheme truly benefits the advertisers seems questionable because the additional exposure sought by advertisers are in reality “hollow clicks”, that is people looking at the ads because they are paid to do so, not because they have actual interest in the product or service. One would think that over time fewer and fewer advertisers would utilize such a service. We have quite recently been told that there is also the issue of whether the MAP members have a viable long term device for creating income after expenses or if the payout scheme of MAP is weighted in such a manner that the business must eventually fail. Those concerns, however, are matters between MAP and its members.


As a payment gateway VX Gateway provided a service of presenting credit card charges to one or more processors (different processors are often needed to handle transactions in different currencies or countries), after which each payment must be settled and when approved money credited/paid by the processor to the payment gateway. Those funds do not belong to the payment gateway except for its processing fees. After receipt of such funds from the processor the net amounts due are remitted or credited to the merchant, here MAP. The sheer volume of transactions requires software that virtually automates the entire payment process from start to finish. Every payee’s account is paid/credited automatically.


Critical to understanding the process, by contract and industry practice, the payment gateway, VX Gateway, has no debt and owes nothing to the merchant until it receives the payment from the processor, here GPN Data (hereinafter referred to as “GPN”). GPN has withheld payments due VX Gateway. As part of the dissolution process VX Gateway is, as stated above, pursuing an audit. When and if GPN eventually pays its lawful obligations such funds should be received in the dissolution. At such time, and only at such time, money payable to any party will be credited to the account of and become payable to any party due money from the respective transactions. In other words, at such time money owed to MAP, if any, will be paid.


We find it interesting that GPN, the party that owes the money but has thus far refused to pay, is now doing business directly with MAP which is claiming the money. If they can work together to take money from MAP’s members, cannot GPN pay VX Gateway the money VX Gateway is owed in order that we may pass through that part that will then be owed to MAP? From whatever amount it is then owed and paid MAP could then pay its members some or all of what it has withheld from them.


Make no mistake, any money that may become payable by VX Gateway to MAP, if any, is a part of the money GPN has withheld from paying to VX Gateway. We reiterate, by contract and industry practice no debt is incurred by VX Gateway until it is paid by the processor, here GPN Data.

It should be noted that Mike Deese signed a personal guarantee to make good any monies owed to VX Gateway when he applied for VX Gateway services.
VX Gateway’s position is that the actual amount in controversy in any legal proceeding in Panama can easily be determined by third party audit. Once done VX Gateway intends to be bound by the audit.

There would appear to be no good faith reason for MAP to oppose such a determination. At the instruction of Jonathan Herpy of Hart & David law firm, a total of USD 8 million, consisting of two (2) payments of USD 4 million each was paid to the law firm’s escrow account. Bearing in mind that VX Gateway itself will owe nothing until it is paid by GPN, one might ask first, as to money previously paid to MAP, where has the money gone?


Only Mike Deese and MAP’s attorney Jonathan Herpy and the Hart & David law firm can provide that answer. Second, as to such monies and monies as yet not received by VX Gateway from GPN, is there some collusion between MAP and GPN? We express no opinion on that issue.


Counsel in Panama has speculated that the lawsuit improperly filed in the US is likely a sham intended instead to draw attention away from MAP and its principals. If that is correct, one must wonder what are they trying to hide? Again, we express no opinion.


Legal counsel has advised that VX Gateway and others may pursue legal action against MAP and GPN and their respective spokesmen individually for slanderous and disparaging statements made by them claiming that monies have been stolen by VX Gateway or related parties. In fact, such actions may follow but the focus of VX Gateway is presently upon collecting monies as yet unpaid by GPN in order that it may be paid to the rightful recipients.


Many people apparently have claims against MAP; not all of those people have claims against VX Gateway. Those that may have a legitimate claim in the VX Gateway dissolution are encouraged to file a proper claim in the dissolution at the earliest possible time in strict accordance with procedure set forth on this website. Please note: Claims that are not submitted with the required Enhanced Know Your Customer documentation will be rejected and must be resubmitted.

What is the compensation plan?
$49.99 Credit Packs are the core product that has the profit-sharing element attached. Each $49.99 CP will return $60 to you over time (approx. 2 months). Profit sharing goes out every 20 minutes. The breakdown of how that works is this: Total Revenue taken in by the site, minus referral commissions, minus the current reserve % (which could be anywhere from 5% to 95%) = Payout per Credit Pack per 20 minutes. This happens every 20 minutes. The reserve % is determined by a proprietary mathematical formula which takes many data points into consideration before the 20 minute cycle is paid out. So if you have 10 Credit Packs, you get 10 shares-in-profit every 20 minutes in accordance with the process above. In addition, 5% of all earnings referral or profit-sharing will go into an Advertising Fund. Is $49.99 the maximum ad package purchase price and how many packages can you have?
Yes $49.99 is the only Credit Pack we will have for purchase initially with the exception of advertising like banners and guaranteed visitors. This may change according to market demand. Maximum Credit Packs are determined by Membership Level. In our consideration and development, many different max numbers were measured against probable revenue and what we have determined is 1200 Credit Packs will be the absolute maximum any one member can purchase and maintain.
Will you pay retail sales commission to members? 
Yes. Your Referral Commission percentage is also determined by Membership level. If Primetime, you will get an automatic 10% referral commission of the sales price on the purchase of any advertising product one of your referral make, every time they purchase one. So it’s not a one-off commission. In addition, for the first year we will be running a trial Bonus Referral Program where one could earn between an additional 2% to 8% bonus (payable at the conclusion of 1 year from launch), above and beyond the automatic 10%, based on a members sales volume. We will reevaluate this program after one year. Its purpose is to significantly reward those that help us spread the word that will result in a successful establishment of our business in the marketplace over the first few phases of our business plan.
Will there be a different site used to generate retail sales?
Not initially. However a My Advertising Pays Store is in the plans. This will likely start as a Company Store with many different promotional products, but we have ideas to partner with others and start selling actual products with referral commissions attached. We have many ideas but market conditions along with many factors in our first year will help determine which of the ideas we commit to first.
When will you be ready to accept money, start paying withdraws and doing business? 
For 10 months we have been in development. Since August, the site has been under intense testing and revision. And over the last two weeks we have expanded testing to three countries. We have just a little ways to go. I am 99% certain we will be online within the first two weeks of December. As it turns out, even our master programmer (that helped build eBay) had no idea just how meticulous and detailed I was going to be in the production of the site. But he and his team has been good sports :). I am a disabled United States Air Force Veteran and my father was 59 when he had me, so it’s in my blood to run a tight, very organized, well thought out business. To say I am meticulous is probably an understatement haha.
What will be the withdraw and funding process and processors? 
We will be using I-Payout, Ezbonds and Payza for pay-in and pay-out solutions. Credit Cards will be accepted on advertising products only (minus Credit Packs). We strongly considered STP, but in the end I decided it wasn’t worth the risk since they openly do business with HYIP‘s. Over my 10 years online, I have witnessed three major processors bite the dust, and there is one thing they all had in common, they did business with illegal programs. With all three, its business partners and their respective members have seen little to no return of their money. My intention here is to create and operate a long-term business. While i have no idea if STP will go under at some point in the future, I certainly know its probable based on my past experience. To risk members and Company funds at any point is not in my nature and decided it best to steer clear.
What will be the minimum withdraw amount and how soon after a request will it be processed? 
$10 is the minimum withdrawal amount and withdrawals will be processed Mon-Fri, several times each day. We will also have a 24/7 support desk with representatives in several countries.
Will you allow companies as to join with their business entities? 
Yes and no. The way I-payout works, is it takes your registration data from our database and creates an account for you (if you want such), so we have to require detailed registration data from our users. You can input your Company or business entity on the registration page as well.
I am assuming 1099 but will w-9’s be required.

I hope you are having a wonderful week thus far :). Today I would like to begin sharing with you our Vision for MAP and beyond. As I stated in my last blog post, rev shares are doomed to fail. Its just that simple because the math wont allow it. I am not in the ‘here today gone tomorrow’ business. I have been down that path and all it did was hurt me and those that followed me. Hence the creation of MAP.
Just using general figures to keep it simple, rev shares give out 90% of their profit to members, and expect that 10% will be sufficient to support expansion and sustainability. That’s if they even have plans to expand. As a matter of fact, very little have business plans at all or at most, poorly execute their plans.
So, if they give out 90% and offer ‘Ad Packs’ or the equivalent that promise to cap out at 125%, they are left to fill the gap between 90% and 125%, or, 35%. It doesn’t take much sense to know that to owe 35% of $x,xxx,xxx program wide, is a doom business structure. That means that the program has to grow at a rate of 35% proportionate to the current rate of growth in order to sustain its payouts. At the sign of a system like this slowing, people begin withdrawing, affecting growth, which creates a snowball effect, ultimately making the program an unviable model that has failed.
MAP will not be a get rich quick scheme, nor will you see the immediate wild profits you may have seen in other short lived programs. What we will provide is a safe and steady long term income stream. We are getting really close to releasing the exact details of MAP and how she will operate. But rest assured we are set up for the long haul.
Another key factor is taking advantage of momentum, and branching out into other businesses, sister sites if you will, the profits of which are funneled to MAP. Here, the profit tables are flipped. Instead of paying out 90% of profits, these other businesses will funnel 35% to MAP, fulfilling ‘Ad Packs’, with the other funds being used yet again for expansion operations.

Comprehensive Update

Hello MAPPERS!

We have a MAJOR announcement to make! We have been hard at work behind the scenes setting up the future of MyAdvertisingPays. With our Executive Team, I have spent the last couple of months working very closely with many of our current partners and future, potential partners. Recently, we’ve had big strategy meetings and have taken MASSIVE action since then. MAP will be a different kind of Advertising Beast (we estimate) by the end of the first quarter/beginning of second quarter of 2016 . Here’s a few things you can expect (some of these items are subject to change as some are simply in the ‘idea’ stage). Transparency is important to us so we’ve listed the good and bad below.

MAP 2.0!

The Good

• Better Advertising and statistics on your ads complete with Analytics and Line Graphs!
• Lower bank fees!
• Debit Cards for earnings. Buy your groceries with MAP commissions!
• Away with the Dollar and in with the Euro! Yep, MAP is switching currency. All products and earnings will be sold/earned in Euro € (which means no more conversion fees at the bank)!
• External Advertising and External Revenue (Publishers Listing Service)! You will be able to purchase advertising on external websites through the MAP platform, and have your advertisements seen worldwide! Make money by listing your website with us!
• Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising! Only pay for real action taken on your Ad!
• Retargeting Online Advertising Products!
– What is Retargeting?
Behavioral retargeting (also known as behavioral remarketing, or simply, retargeting) is a form of online targeted advertising by which online advertising is targeted to consumers based on their previous Internet actions, in situations where these actions did not result in a sale or conversion.

• Compliance training and promotional guidelines. With the upcoming MAP Academy, all of the training resources and guidelines needed on how to promote our business will be available at the click of a button!

• Volume-based affiliate commission percentage! The more you sell, the more you earn!
• Free Members will be allowed to earn on up to a certain number of Credit Packs!
• And last, but certainly not least, our very own in-house programming team devoted to MAP only. Currently, we are under contract from a firm that has other customers. Over the last couple of weeks, our amazing brand new, latest and greatest computers and hardware have arrived and been set up, our office space leased with motivational messages plastered on the walls throughout, an IT Manager hired, a new programming specialist being interviewed and vetted (with more hires to come), and the framework of MAP 2.0 being constructed as we speak! Coming soon, we will have a whole team of dedicated programmers, designers and specialists that will be answerable to MAP and only MAP! With this new team, once MAP 2.0 and all of her new products are launched and off the ground, we will be offering website building services to our members to further increase our external revenue streams, which strengthens MAP’s bottom line! Yep, one day in the near future, you can have MAP build your websites, capture pages, lead generation systems and much much more!

The Bad (?)
Advertising Funds will not be in MAP 2.0. Once we transfer all current members to MAP 2.0, the new accounts will not have Advertising Funds. You must use what you have or you will lose it when our new website launches, which is estimated to be 6 months or so from now. Our current banner system is overloaded with ads. Doing away with the Advertising Fund is going to drastically increase the impressions on your ads and while providing MUCH better value on your purchase(s).
Current product codes will not be transferred because the new advertising system will be completely different. So you must use or lose them by the time the transfer to the new site happens. You have quite some time to do so.
Membership fees will not be refunded. If your membership fee is due just before we get ready to launch the new platform, we suggest just letting your account sit idle until the transfer is complete if you are worried about losing the Membership fee. Totally your call.
Anyone with a certain credit pack level (number yet to be determined), will have a small monthly account maintenance fee (similar to Membership Levels). We will ensure that this is charged only to those with sufficient account levels so that it doesn’t really affect your balance.

The goal is to always ensure we are making the best decisions for the Company, so that the members will continue getting paid for a lifetime, based on quality products and services.

Oh yea! MAP is here to stay and we are ramping up our efforts so that we will be able to withstand our ENORMOUS growth! With all of your support, MAP 1.0 has served us well. We now have the opportunity to capitalize on our success and charge forward into new advertising categories and really differentiate ourselves from anyone else online today. We have a lot of work to do, but the future is definitely bright with MAP 2.0!



United States Market Decline and Subsequent MAP Corporate Decision

We have battled with this decision. After careful consideration and extensive consultation with our Legal Team, MAP Executives, Tax Advisors, Financial Advisors and European MAP Leaders, we have unfortunately decided to completely pull out of the American marketplace.

Why?

The decision comes on the heels of a declining marketplace in the US for our company. It simply isn’t profitable for us to remain engaged there. Over 90% of our business already comes from Europe, while we are catering to the US members by operating in US currency. It doesn’t make good business sense to continue operating in a place and expending valuable resources in a market that’s steadily declining. We are going to focus on the place where we are wanted and are making huge strides. This is strictly a business decision we’ve had to make based on the numbers.

How’s this going to work and what does it mean for you?

If you are an American Citizen;
As of now, all current American members’ MAP profiles are read-only, meaning you can’t change your profile to another country. If you legitimately have citizenship in another country, can legally operate from it, and can prove it, you will need to contact our support department and provide this proof before we will change anything in your profile for you. Please submit a support ticket with the subject line “Legal Change of Address” and include in the ticket your Legal ID from a country other than the US. All ID’s will be vetted to ensure legitimacy.
Current US members can no longer purchase credit packs.
If you are an American member, even though Profit-Share earnings are not guaranteed, your currently held credit packs will be paid off completely over an extended time-frame. The extension will be due to the loss in profit we will obviously have from the American market. Being ethical here is very important to us so we wanted to ensure our American members were still paid.
The America profit-share system is now separated from the International profit-share system. The US-PS system will pay out profits according to advertising purchased by American participants. It is practically impossible for us to determine how long it’s going to take for all of your current credit packs to be completely fulfilled, but we suspect it will take around 6 months or longer. Please do not construe this as a promise by us as it completely depends on advertising sold to Americans.
Any American member that has made a purchase through a payment processor within the last 30 days can ask for a 100% refund and we will process those for you, so there is no need to dispute the charge with your credit card issuing bank. Please submit a support ticket with the subject line – “US Refund” and we will process them ASAP.
Any American member with referrals will still earn referral commissions from those referrals purchases uninterrupted, according to your Membership Level.

**ATTENTION**

We are offering a lump sum payout to anyone that has already earned more than they have paid to us. This offer extends to ONLY those that can pass the following test;

Total your IPAYOUT+STP+VX purchases. If that number is LESS than the “Total Earned” number found on your My Credit Pack Stats page, then you will qualify for a lump sum payment. Please do not count purchases made with your MyAcct.

October 30th, 2015 will be the last day you can request a lump sum payment. After that date, your credit packs will earn until fulfilled.

Lump sum payments will come from the US Reserve Fund and the offer will be less than the total payout for your existing credit packs (check your dashboard for your specific payout amount). You do not have to accept this payment and can opt to earn the total amount of your Credit Packs over an extended period of time. The Adfund will not be a consideration in the lump sum payout amount.

If you are an International Member;
Absolutely nothing will change for you! You will earn profits based on International sales, which are tremendous!
The International Reserve Fund will be untouched for US payouts.

Even though I really hate to pull out of the US, I have absolutely no doubts that this move is going to prove to be one of the best business decisions we’ve ever made. The Euro is a strong and stable currency and we will be able to put 100% of our efforts and resources in the marketplace which is BOOMING right now. Month over month, our international revenue has beat the month prior since October 2014, with the exception of one month, while our US revenue has steadily declined.

Dear MyAdvertisingPays.com Clients & Affiliates:

We appreciate the hard work and effort you have demonstrated by participating in the MyAdvertisingPays (“MAP”) business and want to inform you of upcoming changes to the MAP corporate structure. Based on recent financial analysis, MAP has determined that it is no longer profitable to continue business operations in the United States.

Unfortunately, the global economy has forced MAP to pursue other opportunities in foreign markets that simply are not available in America. For these reasons, MAP has elected to cease operations in the United States and focus its business efforts overseas.

As of October 14, 2015, MAP will be exercising their rights reserved in the Affiliate Agreement ( see Affiliate Agreement by clicking on the Legal link in your MAP back office), under Section 2. Expiration, Renewal and Termination, which states as follows:

MyAdvertisingPays reserves the right to terminate all Affiliate Agreements upon 30 days notice, if the Company elects to: (1) Cease business operations; (2) Dissolve as a business entity or (3) Terminate distribution of its services via direct selling channels.

Also on October 14, 2015, MAP will no longer permit U.S. registrations for new clients and affiliates and will alter the profit-sharing system for existing MAP affiliates based in the United States. During the winding down process, the time in which it takes for a member’s credit pack to be completely fulfilled will be extended from the average three (3) months to approximately six (6) months, or longer, depending on the U.S. advertisement sales.

We understand and appreciate the great deal of work, time, and money you have exercised in order to build up your MAP “team” and, therefore, as a current MAP participant based in the United States, you will continue collecting referral commissions even after the credit packs are paid off. However, your participation in the profit sharing system will be terminated.

Additionally, a United States member whose Total Earned from Profit-Share commissions is more than Total Payments to MAP for Credit Packs (from a payment processor) will be offered a one-time lump sum payment to settle their outstanding account. The account settlement will be completed in two (2) monthly payments and will conclude profit-share commissions to your account. You will continue to earn referral commissions. To exercise this option, please sign and notarize the attached contract indicating that you accept the terms and conditions contained therein and agree that the amount indicated reflects complete payment and satisfaction for any amounts due to you from MyAdvertisingPays.com. By signing the Contract, you will be barred from any subsequent recovery or objection as to the amount to be paid from your MAP account.

On a different note, it has come to our attention that there exist multiple internet-based avenues being used for defamatory and libelous speech against MAP. Through our research, we have found many, if not all, of these claims to be without merit and simply an attempt by certain individuals to exploit the MAP name in order to heighten the popularity of their own product. MAP has served demand letters upon those individuals who engage in defamatory and slanderous rhetoric, and in anticipation of litigation, has prepared complaints against all such individuals. MAP would like to emphasize and reassure you that their decision to cease operations in the United States is in no way connected to the aforementioned defamation and libel claims.

Our German Leadership have been working hard behind the scenes making our business presentations standardized and compliant. As we have had tremendous growth, it’s very important that we tighten up on the way MAP is promoted to the world so that everyone gets the same information no matter where you are. One of these steps is training our National and Regional Leaders on a standardized presentation and putting in mandatory guidelines for our members to follow when promoting MAP. These procedures are well underway and will be rolled out in phases.

If you are currently holding MAP hotel meetings and the like, then for now you can continue. But we will be phasing out individual meetings and moving towards appointing these events to National and Regional Leaders as they become trained. Once there is a Regional Leader appointed to a specific region in your country, only that person can hold Official MAP meetings and all others will be forbidden . We will be releasing these appointed Leaders and their respective areas as they are assigned.

Get Involved!

We are now accepting applications for life coaches! Please do not send in an application for National or Regional leader at this time. That will follow soon.

All applications will go through two approval/denial stages. First through our Academy Team lead by Alex Vitocco, Rainer Barton, Andreas Zenker, Daniel Schafer, and then through MAP Corporate. We will look into your history with MAP (6 month minimum required), your upline and downline (promotion history) along with many other factors. We hope by the end of first quarter of 2016, MAP Academy will be in full swing!

Dear Mappers all around the world, as you may have heard already we 4 Germans (Andreas Zenker, Rainer Barton, Daniel Schäfer and myself) have been with Mike Deese and got the order to organize the MAP world on this site.

As Life Coach of Passion it is an honor for me to be personally announced as the head of the new worldwide MAP Academy.

So we now must pay for Google’s Analytics services! Folks, some may cringe at this fact, but I am absolutely stoked because this is what advertisers pay for!

If you sell anything online and you are not advertising with us, you are really missing out on sales! Just look at our latest Analytics;

Ninety two MILLION pageviews in the last 30 days! Wow wow wow!

A study done in 2013 found that on average, visitors to websites ranked in the top 10,000 only stayed on their site for 70 seconds and had a bounce rate of 9.4%. Compare that to our analytics of 21 minutes on site and a small 1.31% bounce rate, amazing! That’s why MyAdvertisingPays is a tremendously valuable piece of advertising real estate! Take a look;

Hello everyone!
We have been crazy-busy behind the scenes working for all of you. The payment option woes we have all dealt with for some time now are coming to a close!
We have struck a deal with an excellent payment processing ewallet company and will be phasing out I-Payout within the coming week or so. Within the new ewallet, our members will be able to fund their accounts and/or make payments with a few clicks of the button! Here are just some of the payment options they provide:
• Credit Card
• ACH Bank Payments (ACH short for Automated Clearing House)
• Bank Wire
• Online Banking
To make a purchase, all you will have to do is click a few buttons, enter your details and PRESTO you will be good to go!
Their fee’s are nominal compared to the ease-of-use with their interface. No need to verify accounts and wait to make purchases. It really is as easy as 1, 2, 3… just the way we like it here at MyAdvertisingPays.com!
For you STP users, do not worry! We will be integrating STP directly into MAP. So for those of you that already have verified accounts with STP and prefer them, you will be able to continue using them if you like.
What to Expect This Week
• The Pay with STP option through ewallet has now been disabled. We were experiencing a little trouble with payments being made through them that were not being recognized by I-Payout. Instead of having to comb through hundreds of these and adjust manually, we decided to disable this option through ewallet and integrate it directly into our site. The outstanding issues with payments are being attended to as quickly as possible.
• We are integrating STP into our site directly tomorrow. So long as this is error free, it will be live tomorrow. There will be no need to go through ewallet any longer for these payments.
• For those of you that has already submitted transactions with I-Payout, THEY WILL BE HONORED! So please do not worry yourself or send support tickets about this.
• Once our contract is finalized with the new ewallet company, we will officially announce who they are and other important details.
• We have been advised that the integration of the new ewallet can be completed this week. As soon as they are integrated, the Buy with I-Payout option will be disabled. Any transactions already submitted at that point will still be honored.
• Once the Buy with I-Payout option has been disabled, we recommend for everyone to not pay any of their outstanding invoices through them and instead go through our new ewallet which is much easier.
• Withdrawals will continue through I-Payout for the next couple of weeks. Once we have everything transferred over to the new ewallet, withdrawals through I-Payout will cease and will be processed exclusively through the new ewallet.
• Once both the integration of the new ewallet and STP is complete, you can expect our processes to be the easiest they have ever been. In fact, easy as 1, 2, 3!
Regardless of our recent server troubles, last week was our best yet! We have everything working A-OK now. Its been tough on all of us. Support issues have been extremely high. We ask everyone to please read our extensive FAQ’s found here: https://www.myadvertisingpays.com/Dot_faqs.asp. Most of the questions we are dealing with are already answered there. Please keep in mind that support issues already answered in our FAQ drastically slow us down. Our support processes are undergoing change right now with a new support desk coming online and training taking place to new reps and managers behind the scenes. Please bear with us as we tackle hundreds of things at once!

While traversing the road-to-success, we are bound to run into the hills and valleys along the way. The difference between success and failure is a matter of never giving up. GPN Data is the current payment processor for The Advert Platform which used to be known as My Advertising Pays.

It is currently named in the My Advertising Pays lawsuit against VX Gateway - the previous payment processor for My Advertising Pays.

The lawsuit in simple terms:

My Advertising Pays claims that VXGateway has stolen ($60 million) from them.

'My company provided GPNDATA with merchants, leads, etc.in order for GPNDATA to provide merchant accounts.in return, GPNDATA was contractually obligated to pay commissions on a monthly basis. 'Our most recent payments (put through just under two years ago) have not been paid out. We had some chargebacks and were told that w would have to wait 180 days without any chargebacks before payout. That has passed now by several weeks. When I asked for payment I was told that I had to wait for 120 days past the delivery date or a maximum of 540 days since payment. Well, it is 650 days since payment! They still won't payout.

Their excuse is that I have no documentation and that they are worried they may get stung with further payouts. Well, it is beyond the 540 days maximum so this cannot happen.

They owe me about £45000!! I have lost my house over this and this is a large sum of money so I will be pursuing this with Kieran, Nicolina and Alina who seldom answer my emails and NEVER return my calls.

They have no good reason to stop the payments, this appears to be a scam, drawing things out to steal my money. And I do not take kindly to that.'

Warning! Scam from Forcetronix!
This is warning about Forcetronix (Forcetronix.com) company and their solution Paytox (Paytox.com).
They approved our account quite easily, and started processing for our pharmaceutical site. But when it came to first payment they sent us a letter stating that Mastercard issued "a special resolution" to freeze our account, because they revised our site and found Valium which is considered "controlled" drug. Even if it was there, any processor should warn the merchant and ask to remove the item first, especially because Valium was there when they reviewed the site for processing and approved it!
Anyway, they didn't send us any official document issued by MC, so I really doubt that such a document exists. Total amount they ripped us off is quite impressive, $300,000. And they ARE NOT GONNA pay us a dime!
So, stay away from this guys, they are motherf*cking thieves!

Traffic Monsoon Receivers Letter

Dear Traffic Monsoon Investor

I am the receiver that has been appointed by the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah (Court). I want to give you an update of this case.

The Lawsuit

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a lawsuit against Traffic Monsoon and Charles Scoville because it had evidence that Traffic Monsoon was being operated as a fraudulent enterprise. As part of that lawsuit, the SEC asked that Traffic Monsoon and Mr. Scoville be restrained from, among other things, operating Traffic Monsoon, and that assets be frozen for the benefit of investors.

I was appointed by the court to do numerous things, including hold assets that were identified when the case was filed, collect additional assets, and, ultimately, distribute those assets to investors.

Mr. Scoville originally said he would cooperate with the SEC. But, later he filed papers with the court arguing that the court's restraining order and asset freeze should be lifted, and that the receivership should be set aside. The Court held a two -day evidentiary hearing on these requests.

Both the SEC and Mr. Scoville presented evidence to the court. Recently the court entered a lengthy opinion rejecting Mr. Scovilles requests. The Court ordered, in material part, that assets remain frozen, that Mr. Scoville was restrained from operating Traffic Monsoon or any similar business model, and that the receivership  should continue.

Mr. Scoville has appealed the courts decision. This appeal will take some time to be decided by the U.S Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.During the appeal the receivership will continue.

What is A Ponzi Scheme?

My investigation to date reveals that Traffic Monsoon was operated as a Ponzi scheme. Importantly, the Court, after reviewing evidence that was comprised of information obtained from my investigation, found that the SEC will likely be able to show that Traffic Monsoon was operated by Mr. Scoville as a Ponzi scheme.The operation of a Ponzi scheme is illegal.
The reason for this is that investors are not paid from the profits of an underlying
business, but rather are receiving a return on their investments from funds obtained by other investors who invest money after them.
Thus, when new investors cannot be found or the business is suspended, there is no way to pay investors.

My Role and What I Have Been Doing

I am an attorney who, as receiver, is obligated to report to the court about my investigation and the assets I am holding. I cannot distrubute any assets without Court approval.
 To date, the primary asset is approximately $49 million in cash. It was important for this cash to be secured so that it could be preserved for the benefit of all investors who lost money.
Ultimately, I will propose a 'plan of distrubution' to the Court that will provide for each investor who lost money to receive a share of the cash I am holding.
Please know that I am very committed to proposing a plan of distrubution as quickly as possible.
I have received many communications from investors. All of these communications are being read and registered.
I know that you have been subjected to fraud, and, in many cases, have lost money.
I am working as quickly as I can to propose a plan of distrubution.

But, sorting out Traffic Monsoon's business will take some time. Mr. Scoville kept no traditional business records. As a result, there are no 'books' for Traffic Monsoon identifying investors, the amount each investor paid to Traffic Monsoon, or the amount each investor received back from Traffic Monsoon.

While some of you have contacted me to give me your information, many have not.
I am required to identify to the best of my ability all investors and to independently determine which investors have claims to the funds that I hold so that all investors are treated fairly and equally.

This requires that I essentially 'recreate' Traffic Monsoon's books.I have taken two primary steps to assist in recreating the books.
 First, shortly after the case was filed, I secured Traffic Monsoons servers. The servers contain electronic data of Traffic Monsoons transactions with investors.
Second, I have been obtaining the financial records held by the payment processers and financial institutions through which Traffic Monsoon did business.

Forensic accountants are using the information from the servers and the third party records to piece together the monies that were paid to Traffic Monsoon by each investor, and the monies each investor received.
This process is time consuming due to the sheer volume of information (totalling almost six million records). 
Once this information is organised and analyzed, I will be in a better position to move forward with this case.

I am trying to contain the costs of receivership. Thus, I am not personally taking phone calls or responding to emails. That does not mean that your requests for information are unheard by me.
People knowledgeable about this case that work for me are registering your requests for information and responding to all requests with input from me.

I understand this frustration, but unfortunately, given the state of the records discussed above, I simply am not in a position to provide more information at this time.

On April 27th 2017 Smith and Dixit pleaded guilty to operating a pyramid scheme under the Competition Act. The two principles have received conditional sentences whereby they will serve two years less a day in the community and will be required to pay a $50,000 fine with in two years.

My Paying Ads Scam and TT3 Scam - The Ponzi Game

My Paying Ads is in major trouble.
All withdrawals have ceased and Ad pack sales have been stopped. Uday has decided  to reset everything and start again - dressed up as Plan B - just like TT3 has done (and My Advertising Pays for that matter).

It seems to be standard practice for all closing Ponzis to just re-launch. Reset. Acquire new funds from the gullible and start again with a clean slate.

And they all seem to know each other as well - like Charles Scoville of Traffic monsoon and Mike Deese at My Advertising Pays/The Advert Platform - all friends together on Facebook. 
And then there's Fobbs and Uday, a true Bromance.
The different thing about Fobbs through is, he is incredibly arrogant and is not in the least bit ashamed of having a go at the people who have made him rich. 
Humble, he aint...

Letter to Uday Nara, Regarding MPA.

Thank you Uday. I know personally you did all you could to maintain. The problem is people simply don't understand that revenue sharing does not mean guaranteed income. Uday paid out for 2 years with minimal issues and gave all he could. Keep your head up brother and pay no attention to the back stabbers. Your comment thread i MPA looks exactly like ours 1 year ago when we ran out of money to pay. It's ridiculous, but just goes to show that not all people parading as adults can deal with adult decisions. We paid out 4 million and Uday paid out a staggering 47 million and yet we were both called scammers.

Do they really expect that you owe them? As if the ad credits were just smoke and mirrors and were not usable. As if your terms and conditions don't say earnings aren't guaranteed. They want a FREE ride to wealth. And when they realize that, that's a false reality they blame us, the owners. Never reflecting on their own decisions to not only buy ad packs but in most cases to then not promote at all and expect money to rain in their accounts forever.

Welcome to the real world folks. Get off your ass and contribute to the cause and maybe this won't happen over and over. For those who do contribute, thank you. The industry appreciates your efforts and we will continue to build with the help of the ones who get it.

There is hope for revenue sharing. But it takes an entire community with one agenda to accomplish that goal. We will keep striving until we put it all together. Never give up! We never will, neither should you Uday.

Dear MPA/MPCA Members,

Firstly, we would like to thank all the members and team leaders who have offered their valuable suggestions to continue our journey. We have carefully gone through each and every suggestion before arriving at the possible options to find the solution for the current stalling at MPA and MPCA, respectively.

We have also carefully analyzed the revenue generation in the last one week and possible future revenue generation with the current stalling. The revenue generation has been very less but it is also due to the disabling of the withdrawal requests.

There are some serious concerns in terms of the continuity of the business wherein the revenue generation will be good enough to deliver the satisfactory daily earnings. If the daily earnings are not satisfactory, then the stalling may occur again.

Hence, after careful consideration of all possibilities, we came up to the below two options to choose from:

Plan A:

Reset all ad packs and earning balances to zero in every account
Reduce referral commission to 5%
The daily earnings will be set between 0.0% to 2.0% which is variable everyday and which strictly depends on the daily revenue generation
The maximum worth of adpacks that one can buy is of $10,000.
The maximum withdrawal limit per day is: $200. Will vary also depending on the revenue generation.
The minimum withdrawal limit per day is: $5
The maximum withdrawal limit is 3 times to the processor purchase.

Members will be required to complete 16 promotional tasks per day to earn daily;
profit share will start at 0% and then go up based only on daily sales.
These tasks will include posting to Facebook, posting to Twitter, posting to a Blog site, posting text messages to traffic exchanges etc.
Each task of 4 completed, then the members will qualify for that daily set of earnings (25% of the daily earnings for the completion of each task).

More emphasis will be placed on members to promote the business to sustain sales and long term growth.

Below are some important points to note regarding this Plan:

(a) Though the members have bought the advertising services from our programs while revenue sharing rewards are non-guaranteed, we still want to generate the revenue through the sales of other advertising services and through other partner programs and return the amount that was spent on the advertising and hence if we choose this option, we have the defeciet of that amount to begin with. So, this defeciet will have severe effect on the successful continuion of the programs.

(b) There will still be a possibility of stalling if the revenue generation stops, through members not supporting the re-launch etc.
When the revenue is low and if earnings are like 0.1% or 0.5% per day,
new people making purchases will stop and want to wait until earnings get picked up.
But, earnings percentage cannot be increased unless the revenue generation picks up.
So, such situation may lead to stalling again.

(c) Members who lose adpacks now may disappoint and stop supporting the business.
Members who are waiting to receive the seed money may not support the system immediately with dedication and focus.

Plan B:

Stop Adpack sales until further notice and run MPA and MPCA as non-revenue sharing Traffic Exchange platforms.
We see enormous growth in this sector to increase our member base in the new traffic exchanges,
with thousands of online marketers looking to spend their advertising money on a well run modern platforms like ours.
This will generate income for the platforms straight away.
Income generated will be directed to paying members seed money.

There will be one upgrade membership offered at each platform as follows:

$10 or 0.01 btc per month upgrade membership 10000 Banner views per month
50% referral commissions on every purchase to the sponsor

All revenue generated through the continuition of MPA and MPCA Traffic Exchange platforms and our other two upcoming partner programs, CC and the 'dream product' as we have outlined, a local business directory index product,
which will start generating income within 3 weeks from now, hopefully,
will be used to refund to the members who have not withdrawn their seed money balance. This does not affect the partner programs in any way. We are here stating that any revenue generated that would normally go to the admin fund will be used to return to the members.

All Adpacks and current account balances will be made to zero.

The revenue sharing platform will resume operation in early 2018 after building our external revenue generation streams. These external revenue generation streams will help the programs to sustain longer without the possibility of any stalling, hopefully.
The Management's Decision in moving forward:

The majority of leaders and members that we approached, preferred a long term approach to the business and have indicated Plan B as their preferred option.

The management team have agreed with their reasoning for long term stability and growth.

The key points being:

1. 80% of the member base are non marketers and have no wish to promote or
recruit, believing the business model is clicking the adverts and withdrawing the earnings.

2. Only 2% of the active members chose to purchase the suggested $5 booster packs to generate sales
We sold 5000 ad packs which is $25,000. Our sales target every day is $100,000 minimum to pay the minimum withdrawal request amount per day to each eligible member.
Most believed the site would stall again in a short while, making Plan A a short term option,
to be back in the same situation and still having the burden of the seed money to be paid to members.

3. Traffic Exchanges, as a business model, have operated for over 10-15 years and are proven.
Traffic generated will bring in sales to stabilize the business and pay seed money to members.

4. With immediate funds coming from the Traffic Exchanges and the new partner programs starting within 2-3 weeks, the clear profit generated could be given to the member's seed money fund straight away, to start payments to the members.

5. Once the seed money debt is finalised, the business would be stable and in profit, when relaunching with the improved revenue share model in early 2018.

Therefore our decision is to adopt Plan B and move forward.

It looks like Payza have Terms and Conditions that Fobbs over at TT3-Reloaded, isn't too keen on, so he's stopped using them. But when you only have two hundred members who seem to be taking out way more than they're putting in, it's hardly a surprise that things are stalling already.

An Open Letter to affiliates of Banners Broker International Limited (BBLl)

The receiver would like to share the following update with all affiliates of banners Broker as it proceeds with its administration of the Baners Broker Receivership.
The criminal charges against both Christopher Smith and Rajiv Dixit have concluded. Both Smith and Dixit have entered into plea agreements. Pursuant to thses agreements Smith was fined $1435,000 and Dixit was fined $2,500,000. The first $50,000 must be paid by each with in two years. The remainder must be paid within five years. If they do not pay their respective fines within five years there is a 'default hearing' and a presumptive 5 year prison sentence. The default hearing is a mechanism whereby Smith and Dixit are allowed to adduce evidence as to why they are unable to pay the balance of the fine.

The Receiver continues in its efforts to trace funds within the BBIL enterprise. These tracing efforts are worldwide and have garnered positive results to date. That having been said, our efforts have been impeded by the criminal proceedings which as noted above have now concluded. There is still much to be done and with the conclusion of the criminal charges our tracing efforts can be continued without any consideration being given to the criminal courts.
The ability to predict a date for conclusion is impaired by the depth and breadth of the BBIL enterprise. We will continue with our statutory mandate until such has been fully completed. Yours very truly,
